Booking a Seminar
- Cost of seminars & events range up to $35
- Seminars are intended for those 18 or older
- Our venue is accessible with ample free parking and has a private washroom
- Please click on the calendar and select the seminar/s you wish to attend
- You may also call Expected Outcome to book and provide your credit card number over the phone
- If the seminar you are choosing is full, you can be added to a waitlist and notified if a space becomes available or an additional seminar is added to the calendar
- Full refunds will be given 48 hours prior to a seminar if you need to cancel or reschedule. A seminar credit will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of a seminar.
- If you cannot attend due to Covid or being a close contact of someone with Covid, please message or call Alison at 403-604-5821 to discuss your refund.

I am a lifelong pet owner and recognize how deep the grief is when a pet dies – a loss not always understood by others in society.

Please come and share with others who have been on a similar journey to you with the uniqueness of a death by Medical Assistance in Dying.
As an RN working in palliative care I have supported families before, during and after deaths from Medical Assistance in Dying.

Meet a Death Doula
Expected Outcome Venue3009, 23rd Ave. SW. CalgaryChelsey will share ways in which you can be present for your loved ones as their condition changes. Chelsey will discuss ways in which you can enrich the experience of dying for your loved one and yourself. Alison will speak to challenges that may impede a rich patient environment for this work to unfold (such as physical discomfort, symptom management needs)
