Laurel Wilson
Laurel has been a Health Care Aide for over 7 years. In that time she’s worked mainly with children with complex care needs and with Hospice.
She enjoys helping clients navigate the practicalities of ever-changing health status while preserving dignity and a sense of humor. Problem-solving and supporting people and their families during a challenging and stressful time has become a source of great satisfaction.
Laurel enjoys spending time with her three grown daughters. She loves to read, to cook and to spend time in the mountains. She practices yoga several times a week, tries her best to keep a regular contemplative practice, and volunteers with NODA (No One Dies Alone) through Alberta Health Services.
